24 YEARS OF TAX EXCELLENCE
Turning Tax Complexity Into Client Success
Meet the Enrolled Agent who treats your financial future like family.
JACLYN'S STORY
From Tax Professional to Trusted Partner
Jaclyn Lombardi didn't set out to build just another accounting firm. Twenty-four years ago, she earned her Enrolled Agent credential—the IRS's highest designation for tax professionals—because she wanted to do more than prepare returns. She wanted to truly understand the tax code, represent clients before the IRS, and provide the kind of strategic guidance that changes financial outcomes.
What started as a solo practice has grown into Superior Business Solutions Inc., a full-service tax and business advisory firm serving clients across all 50 states. But growth hasn't changed the core philosophy: every client is family, not a number. While other firms scale by commoditizing services, Jaclyn built a practice where personalized attention and deep expertise come standard.
Today, Jaclyn works with everyone from first-time filers to multi-state business owners, from real estate investors to nonprofit founders. What they all have in common? They want a tax professional who actually picks up the phone, who proactively finds ways to save them money, and who treats their financial success as a personal mission.

The EA Credential
What Most People Don't Know
When Jaclyn introduces herself as an Enrolled Agent, she often gets the question: "Is that like a CPA?" The answer is no—and in many ways, it's better for tax work.
Enrolled Agents are federally licensed by the IRS and specialize exclusively in taxation. While CPAs have broad accounting expertise, EAs focus solely on tax law, tax strategy, and IRS representation. This means Jaclyn isn't spreading her expertise across auditing, financial planning, or general accounting—she's laser-focused on keeping you compliant and minimizing your tax bill.
As an EA, Jaclyn has unlimited practice rights before the IRS—she can represent you in audits, appeals, and collections in all 50 states and internationally. She's also required to complete 72 hours of continuing education every three years, ensuring she stays ahead of every tax code change, new regulation, and emerging loophole.
Our APPROACH
How We're Different
1
Proactive, Not Reactive
Most tax firms react to what happened last year. We plan for what's coming next year—and help you make strategic decisions all year long.

2
Education, Not Jargon
We explain your tax situation in plain English so you understand your options and can make informed decisions. No hiding behind technical speak.
3
Year-Round Partnership
Tax season isn't the only time you need tax advice. We're here for quarterly check-ins, mid-year planning, and whenever you have a question.

4
Family, Not Numbers
You'll work directly with Jaclyn, not get shuffled to junior staff. Your business deserves attention from someone who knows your full situation.
